I've been keeping journals since I was in the 3rd grade and I'm so glad to share some of my most intimate life moments with you here! Here, you'll find inspirational stories of clients, my journey as a wife and first-time mother and other adventures I have that makes my world go 'round. So please, sit back, grab some coffee ( or my personal favorite, a good ol' fashioned Arnold Palmer!) and enjoy exploring my latest work! Thanks for stopping by and happy reading!
The first time I spoke with Danielle, it was to gush over the love we both felt in Kascha and Henry’s engagement session, which can be seen here.
A woman after my own heart, she seriously can’t get enough of weddings and love! When she saw that there was a need for more wedding blogs dedicated to women of color, Chic Brown Bride was born.
“To me, this is a movement and there can never be too many wedding blogs/sites dedicated to women of color,” Danielle said. “Not only that, I wanted Chic Brown Bride to be a place where small business owners in the wedding industry can come to have their work featured and be celebrated for their accomplishments. “
Based out of my hometown of Atlanta, when she asked me to take headshots for her, I was so honored!! However, my schedule didn’t allow me to travel. But as God would have it, a month later, I decided to go down and surprise Ethan and we were able to meet up!! It was so nice to finally meet this lady!! She has such a sweet spirit and adorable laugh!!
Take a look into our time together:
Danielle, thank you SO much for allowing me to capture your beauty!! I’m so honored to have been featured by you and I pray God continues to bless you and Chic Brown Bride!!
